Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate major in Accounts & Finance from a national / Foreign University with FCA / FCMA
∎ Part qualified CA / CMA with adequate relevant experience may also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
∎ Overall control on financial aspects and process implementation.
∎ Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements.
∎ Ensure that all statutory compliance of the organization is met including, Withholding tax, Income Tax, Services Tax, etc.
∎ Responsible for timely completion of audit & reporting to audit committee / Management.
∎ Responsible for implementing suggestions of Internal Auditors and instruction given by audit committee.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of ERP (Oracle system) to meet the requirement of the management of the group
∎ Assist the Executive Director with financial reporting and information as required in the Board meetings and the Annual General Meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10~15 years' experience in the relevant field
∎ In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels
∎ Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise
∎ Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages between Senior Officials, Management / BOD, etc.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills
∎ Proficiency in English language and acquainted with diverse work environment.
