Job Context:

∎ REPORTS TO: Director of Finance and Administration, USAID`s Esho Shikhi Activity
∎ DATE: Starting April 16, 2023 (Tentative) for up to sixteen (16) weeks
∎ POSITION SUMMARY: The Finance Consultant will provide short-term technical assistance to support the Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) position. He/she will be responsible for making payments to the participants of the training and workshops, and meetings, where applicable under the Esho Shikhi Activity. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and Administration of Esho Shikhi. The consultancy is anticipated to begin on April- 1, 2023, however, the start date is contingent upon USAID approval of the selected candidate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years' experience working on finance and administration in Bangladesh.
∎ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, conflict, and ethical management skills.
∎ Fluency in written and oral English and Bengali required.
∎ Strong skills in spreadsheet software (Microsoft).
