Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com/BBS/B.Com from reputed university/ College (academic qualification is flexible for the experienced candidate)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts.
∎ Reconcile bank statements, and provide monthly, quarterly, annual and accounts related all necessary financial reports.
∎ Maintain day to day accounting operations.
∎ Act as focal person for NGO-Affairs Bureau communicating activities including report submission, audit conduction and fund clearance.
∎ Ensure that all staff contracts are up-to-date.
∎ Maintain up-to-date HR files, including leave and sick records.
∎ Maintain a filing system in the office.
∎ Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having 2 year relevant work experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Capable to prepare budgets and financial reports
∎ Knowledge on current VAT & Tax system
∎ Strong and proficient in use of MS office and Excel and good commend in both typing in Bangla and English.
∎ Understand development issues
∎ Should be honest & reliable, sincere and dedicated towards work.
∎ Dedicated to work with persons with disabilities.

Salary: Negotiable
