Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/Masters in Accounting/Finance (relaxed for those who have experience in same position in NGO sector).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of payment vouchers with ensuring deduction of Taxes & issuing VAT Coupon (if applicable);
∎ Keeping invoices, staff advances other documents and records properly & safely;
∎ Data entry in computerized accounting system;
∎ Preparing staff payroll and others;
∎ Maintenance of fixed assets memorandum and preparation of monthly statement according to capitalization policy;
∎ Preparation of journal voucher with necessary supporting and taking approval from competent authority before recording;
∎ Taking of General Ledger details from computer and preparation of different Reports, working advance etc.;
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly project Financial Reports with the help of Assist. Coordinator (Finance & Accounts) and respective units Accounts Managers as per prescribed timeline;
∎ Checking journal vouchers form different units and booked it in appropriate head of accounts;
∎ Assist project staff to preparing procurement related files;
∎ Keep invoice and all other related documents, so that internal & external Audit could be performed without any objections;
∎ Visit respective unit offices for overseeing the bills, documents and booking of expenses in correct & appropriate manner.
∎ Any other functions as may be assigned to him/her by the Finance Coordinator or his/her designated Authority;
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 02 (two) years' working experience in related field in development sector in NGO.
∎ Should have skill in accounting, budget preparation, forecasting, monitoring and financial analysis;
∎ Practical knowledge on accounting software;
∎ Excellent computer skill especially in Excel;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills;
∎ Age may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates;

Salary: Tk. 35268 - 44085 (Monthly)
