∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts and Financial Management;
∎ Age at most 45 years (educational qualification & age may be relaxed for deserving candidates);
∎ Applicants should have working experience in NGO and Development Agency;
∎ Should keep strong skills in accounting, budget preparation, monitoring, and financial analysis;
∎ Hands-on -experience in donor reporting, ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure within deadlines;
∎ Experience in using software (ERP) and Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all accounting transactions and books of accounts.
∎ Review and check all financial documents and ensure standard financial procedures for the Organization as well as for donors.
∎ Prepare budget forecasts.
∎ Maintain daily cash account, petty cash record, cash journal records, and cash book data entry. Reconcile daily cash statements and prepare bank reconciliation statements monthly basis.
∎ Comply with financial policies and regulations.
∎ Check and prepare all vouchers, like Bank payments and received vouchers and journal vouchers.
∎ Prepare periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.;
∎ Maintain accurate financial records.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
∎ Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
∎ Provide day-to-day admin and logistic support to the program team.
∎ Required to preserve all procurement records and financial records in accordance with the provision of the POPI’s procurement guideline.
