Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Working experience with NGO, Development Agency on Finance & Accounts and experience in checking bills, vouchers, Book-keeping, Maintaining different registers.
- Medium in English (written/verbal)
- Team management, organizational capacity and activity planning.
- Ability to analyse and synthesize.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain, logistics management, procurement ethics and donor compliance is essential.
- Good knowledge on Govt. rules and VAT, TAX and customs duty etc.
- Proven ability to multi-task and process information into action as to not delay program activities.
Responsibilities & Context: - Manage and control financial and admin related activities of the project.
- Checking bills, vouchers, Book-keeping, Maintaining different registers.
- Check and verify bills and provide payments.
- Verify all types of financial transaction at random basis
- Provide other financial support required during the project implementation.
- Ensure timely and effective follow up to audit observations and recommendations.
- Responsible for Employee Leave Management and documentation as per NGO HRP&P.
- Maintaining project staff leaves documentation and report thereon, do staff counseling and assist any other administrative work of the project.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and documents as well as taking minutes of the meetings.
- Manage administrative compliance throughout the organization.
- Keep update administrative records of the organization.
- Providing needful support to HR activities and maintain administrative files & documents.
- Provide support to HR & Admin regarding the task of editing, typing, mailing, and filing.
