Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting and Information Systems, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting and Information Systems
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Certification from ICMAB
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
execellent skill on ms excell, Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP9 Quick Book), Proficiency in MS Word
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statements, cash and fund flow statements, Balance sheets, recording transactions in the Data Recording System, preparing trial balance, Fixed Assets Register, Statement of comprehensive income, Sale & cost of good sales, Project & maintenance sale & cost, None operating income statement, Tax and VAT management, etc.
∎ Manage & oversee the daily operations of Accounts & Finance Department including: accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
∎ Balance Sheet Preparation and Maintenance, Financial Reporting,
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports or statements.
∎ Monitoring all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.)
∎ Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
∎ Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with Banks
∎ Ensure timely bank payments
∎ Maintain Fixed Asset Register
∎ Audit financial transactions and documents
∎ Compute and prepare VAT and TAX returns
∎ Tax and VAT return submission
∎ Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
∎ Prepare various reports as required and dispatch to Head Office
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Sound Knowledge about the Financial Act, Income Tax Ordinance 1984
∎ Very good in English writing and speaking.
∎ Strong communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
