Minimum 1–2 years of field-level working experience in technical support and/or sales

Practical experience in field operations, farm visits, and customer handling

Proven skills in sales negotiation and relationship management

Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Provide technical support and product guidance to customers and dealers

2. Visit farms/customers to conduct product demonstrations and training

3. Manage sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets

4. Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships

5. Monitor market trends and submit regular reports to management
