Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Household survey/assessment and identify the potential targeted beneficiaries
∎ Formation of Self Help Group, organize the meeting, savings, saving utilization of SHG and Capacity strengthening events among Self Help Groups.
∎ Facilitate the BNFs to execute the IGA and GIGA related activities
∎ Organize Entrepreneurship Development Training and Skill Development Training
∎ Support and ensure beneficiaries level business plan
∎ Ensure agricultural/on-farm and non-agricultural/off-farm related IGA at the targeted household level
∎ Follow up climate and nutrition sensitive agriculture related demonstration, IGA, Group activities, Off-farm skill development and others.
∎ Provide orientation of the SHGs and beneficiaries groups on Project approach and their roles
∎ Establish effective linkages with relevant service providers and private sectors so that more effective services can be provided, particularly quality embedded extension services and input supply provision.
∎ Plan, arrange and facilitate training and support sessions with the active participation of capacity building for IGA business development.
∎ Conduct different survey, assessment in field level when required
∎ Empower the participating SHG to establish democratic decision-making processes in respect of participation group management and leadership, business development
∎ Facilitate SHG management committee formation process and encourage them to apply democratic mechanism in committee formation providing emphasis on women participation.
∎ Conduct field-tests of different framework/questionnaires; identify areas to need re-articulation or change for making them more user-friendly and clear for collecting information meeting the objectives.
∎ Actively participate, through sharing field experience in reviewing and finalizing different survey framework/questionnaires.
∎ Conduct FGD on different framework in a participatory manner, assist participants in providing authentic data, analyzing data. Share lessons learned with SHG group members, community people, inputs-outputs suppliers and other colleagues and encourage them to use the learning.
∎ Assist SHG member to select, develop, and suitable intervention of entrepreneurship.
∎ Prepare event report, monthly action plan
