∎ Minimum completed BBA or MBA, especially in Marketing.

∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Minimum 1 year in sales. Preference for experience in distribution sales or direct marketing.
∎ Strong sales orientation and result-driven approach
∎ Proactive, smart, and self-motivated
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet browsing
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquire new customers and onboard them effectively.
∎ Collect customer orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
∎ Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
∎ Conduct field visits and actively promote furniture products.
∎ Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates to management.
∎ Arrange meetings and encourage client office visits.
∎ Explore new markets and generate business opportunities.
