∎ BLF is inviting to suitable candidates for Field Organizer offering attractive salary package.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the Project activities are properly delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism to achieve the positive impact and goal of the project.
∎ Implement project activities with support of other project team members.
∎ Ensure organizing different types of meeting, seminar, workshops, training program etc.
∎ Organize and conduction of meeting and workshop with factory workers, owners and community elites.
∎ Develop work plan in coordination with other team members and ensuring this plan will meet project activities.
∎ Periodic field visit and communicate with field-based team members to ensure project activities are managed smoothly.
∎ Communicate and develop relationship with the local level stakeholders including LGIs.
∎ Prepare qualitative and quantitative report regularly as per project needs.
∎ Documentation and record keeping.
∎ Conduct training and awareness sessions according to the project requirement.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in same position in Development Organizations-NGOs.
∎ Basic Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel with Bangla and English Typing.
∎ Experience in working with worker and trade union will be given preference.
∎ Ability to work with team and independently.
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and multi-task.
Salary: Negotiable
