∎ Have an understanding of lead generation methods specific to the construction industry, such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and direct marketing.
∎ Must have effective communication skills.
∎ The ability to effectively negotiate and manage expectations with potential leads is crucial.
∎ Must be good at building relationships.
∎ The candidate should demonstrate a proactive sales mindset and convert leads into customers.
∎ Self-driven and able to manage their work without constant supervision.
∎ Field officers must meet lead generation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), should be comfortable with goal-setting and achieving measurable results.
∎ Familiar with CRM systems, lead management software, and mobile apps for lead tracking and report management.
∎ Having problem-solving skills.
∎ Having an idea about the local market.
∎ Have a good understanding of time management.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
∎ Self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals
