∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate in Social Science/relevant discipline.

Job Context:
∎ BLF is inviting to suitable candidates for Field Officer offering attractive salary package.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka City, Keranigonj & Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing development issue-based meeting, conference, mass gathering, rally etc. and participation of target groups
∎ Regular group visit and arrange meeting with community groups, factory owners, workers
∎ Conduct meeting with community groups, factory owners, workers
∎ Assist the community, factory owner and worker to identify their problems and to implement action plans
∎ Assist Project Coordinator and Training Officer to organize training program at field/factory level
∎ Communicate with Factory Owners and others field-based stakeholder regularly.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly report
∎ Prepare and maintain all relevant documents and keep updated
∎ Assist in collecting data as per requirement of the project
∎ Perform all activities in guidance with the Project Coordinator
∎ Any other tasks given by authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in same position in Development Organizations-NGOs
∎ Basic Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with Bangla and English Typing
∎ Experience in working with worker and factory owners will be given preference
∎ Ability to work with team and independently
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and 'multi-task'
∎ Commitment and understanding of organizational aims, values, principles and policies.
Salary: Negotiable
