Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and ensure implementation of high quality outreach service delivery
∎ Supervise field staff and work to build their capacity
∎ Analyze data and guide field team to achieve targeted result of the drop-in-center
∎ Ensure quality data collection and develop accurate report
∎ Conduct educational sessions and play major role in ensuring follow up of patients
∎ Ensure proper distribution of IEC/BCC Material and prevention methods e.g. condom
∎ Manage problems/conflicts as arise at field and drop-in-centers
∎ Assist in the arrangement of advocacy meeting
∎ Arrange weekly meeting with community Organizer/ Peer Educator/outreach worker
∎ Build good rapport with the spot stakeholders or CBOs and keep them under regular contact
∎ Participate in the training, workshop, meeting and translate the learning into implementation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years working experience in the area of HIV/ Health/ SRH is required.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
