Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s in Development Studies / Anthropology / Public Health / Environmental Science / Disaster Management / Social Science or any other relevant disciplines.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the overall on-going activities of the project with project leader and other personnel to ensure the service quality and all compliance with plans
∎ Ensure the coordination with all local stakeholders like SMSD, Government, and other implementation actor.
∎ Ensure community engagement in existing WASH services and strengthening their capacity.
∎ Guide and assist WASH committee in community mobilization and sensitization them to engage in WASH activities
∎ Support field team in gathering and compiling of WASH & Hygiene assessment and provide support in obtaining accurate, complete and up-to-date required information.
∎ Mobilize the community to change their behavior through hygiene practice
∎ Daily Communication with field teams and provide them technical support and guidance
∎ Supervise and monitor the work of service (CM, HP, Volunteer, daily worker etc)
∎ Provide details plan about distribution and conduct Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) for Hygiene kits and top up kits distribution beside other hygiene materials
∎ To observe various day observation, provide necessary guidance and organize different event to create awareness among the beneficiary.
∎ Conduct and organized monthly basis clean camp campaigning in the camp
∎ Conduct the activities in timely manner and keep the record of the activities as documentation process.
∎ Develop different monitoring tools and formats to enhance staff capacity.
∎ Collect, record, and summarize the required data for the implementation of the project.
∎ Make sure about WASH service-related data uploaded from the field through Kobo tools and compare the progress regularly.
∎ Prepare and submit relevant various types of WASH field reports to the Project Coordinator and assist to MEAL officer in reporting.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by Project Coordinator have to accomplished.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in project management especially in the WASH, Public Health and Humanitarian Response.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management, organizational capacity, and activity planning - Ability to analyses and synthesize - Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills.

Salary: Tk. 63000 (Monthly)
