Job Context:
∎ SOHAY is a national non-government, not for profit, social development organization is looking for a young and energetic Field In-Charge for its three years "Protection of Working and Vulnerable Children (PWVC) Programme" funded by Manusher Jonno Foundation. SOHAY ensures women friendly working environment in the office, hence, female are encourage to apply.
∎ SOHAY is looking for the person who is interested to develop his/her career in social development field focusing on the impoverished, difficult and vulnerable comunities. The post will offer ample scope of learning and gaining the day to day programme knowledge on the ground, practical way of implementing the program in the field with the field staff. Allow the individual gaining experience on different and diversified field issues by working with the beneficiaries communities. The Field In-Charge is responsible of working with the field staff closely, guide them what they have to do in the field and how. In addition there are different contexts available which will help the incumbent to develop and grow expertise in those areas. S/he will receive good guidance from the experienced program people in the office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job holder is responsible to implement the programme activities in the communities in consultation with the Project Coordinator and as per Project Proposal and agreement with the donor. The job holder will direct and ensure the project is moving positively step by step achieving the goals. S/he will develop what the field staff will take to the field and organize it in such a way so that it helps the field staff to take the program activities easily to the field.
∎ The specific expectations from the post but not limited to:
∎ The job holder is responsible to deliver programme in the field as per programme design and development.
∎ S/he will be responsible of conducting surveys in his or her respective field areas.
∎ Develop the field programme planning and execute it as per agreed plan in consultation with the Programme Coordinator and Executive Director.
∎ Supervise and monitor the programme activities of field staff
∎ Maintain good relationship with the community, local duty bearers, government officials, project participants and beneficiaries.
∎ Conduct regular programme monitoring.
∎ Supervise and implement the program activities as planned in the program document so that project moves to the right direction and produces planned results.
∎ Discuss and update the field information with the Programme Manager and Executive Director on a regular basis.
∎ Develop new ideas to review and modify the existing project activities in consultation with program staff.
∎ Write initial draft of the field report.
∎ Assist Project Coordinator and Project Officer in preparing periodic reports.
∎ Good command both English writing and speaking.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
∎ TK. 17,000 (Monthly) and other admissible benefits as per organization policy.
