• Essential Requirements
• Interested to work any union of sponsorship community
• Interested to stay at union level
• Experience on using Mwater or other apps
• Experience on facilitating training/workshop/meeting etc.
• Positions are based in Union Level under Sadar Upazila, Bhola
• It is a condition of employment that staff abides by all agency security and safety protocols, policies and procedures of AVAS.
• Desirable Requirements      
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships union level local elites, teachers, up body and other stakeholder
• Experience on writing report in both English and Bengali
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving at field level
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Additional

About Sponsorship Program

The Sponsorship Program has started from 1st April 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh implemented by Association of Voluntary Actions for Society (AVAS). Objective of this program is “All sponsored children especially girls & young women will be heard, live without fear of violence and will achieve their rights.”
