∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend office and maintain office timing as part and parcel of the job.
∎ Attend field to conduct awareness sessions with necessary materials.
∎ Session facilitations on menstrual hygiene with girls & boys in a selected educational institute.
∎ Facilitate baseline and end-line surveys where and when required.
∎ Cope with required extra-curricular activities as per project need and design.
∎ Facilitate different campaigns, day observations, and national and international days of various importance.
∎ Conducting sessions with disabled persons and senior citizens at the community level in different unions of Bhola Sadar.
∎ Help in circulating different IEC/BCC materials in target communities and institutions.
∎ Keep active contributions in rejuvenating youth groups and keep them functional through different activities.
∎ Maintain good relations with the different volunteers of target communities.
∎ Any other activities relevant to field facilitation assigned by project management.
∎ Major Job Responsibility:
∎ S/He will be responsible for facilitating field activities related to menstrual health and hygiene (MHHM), arrangement of field sessions, hygiene promotion, arrangement of meetings, etc.
