Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for qualified Field Facilitator-Human Rights (FF-HR) for `Combating impacts of climate change in severely affected areas of Bangladesh Project.
∎ Supported by: NETZ Bangladesh
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
∎ Job Location: Bhurungamari/ Nageshari, Kurigram

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years working experience with proven skill and competencies in disaster management and climate change.
∎ Supervision and coordination of 1 sub-district each (with 6 CSOs at Union, Sub-district level); monitoring of the work of local HRD and their CSO, participation in their meetings; monitoring of dialogue meetings between civil society and authorities; monitoring of the activities of student forums at high schools; communication with local authorities; support and follow-up of RTI requests; coordination of public events. Should have valid Motor bike driving license Willing to stay at the remote areas.

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT. 16,500/-(Maximum)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus and 1 gratuity equivalent to 1 month gross salary each
