∎ MahidebJuboSomajKallayanSomity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for a qualified Field Facilitator (FF) for `Strengthening the resilience of the poorest population of the impacts of climate change in Bangladesh Project
∎ Supported by: NETZ Bangladesh
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
∎ Job Location: LalmonirhatSador/AditmariUpazila, Lalmonirhat.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicant should have computer skill on MS word and ExcelExperience on PRA, network/linkage/collaboration with union/upazila level administration and like-minded organizations. Should have Motor bike driving license. Willing to stay at union/upazila level with frequent visit to the remote areas. Candidate should have a good knowledge on safe grading policy (Child Protection, Gender & Anti sexual harassment). Only experienced candidate will apply.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT. 16, 300/-
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus and 1 gratuity equivalent to 1 month gross salary each
