Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for qualified Field Facilitator (FF) for Strengthening Household Opportunity through Youth Engagement (SHOYE) Project.
∎ Supported by: The Kadoorie Charitable Foundation
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have computer skill on MS word and Excel. Experience on PRA, networking/linkage/collaboration with union/upazila level administration and like-minded organizations. Should have valid Motor bike driving license and willing to drive motor cycle. Willing to stay at union/upazila level with frequent visit to the remote areas. Candidate should have a good knowledge on safeguarding (Child Protection, Gender & Anti sexual harassment). Candidate will have to mention their personal email address, mobile phone & Skype ID in the CV.
∎ Salary: Monthly gross salary BDT. 18, 000/-
∎ Other benefit: 1 festival bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year. 5-10% salary increment (based on gross salary) in each year as per performance appraisal. Other admissible benefit as per MJSKS policy which is mentioned in the project budget.
∎ Age limit: 25-40 years.
