∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound in facilitation, conduction of community-base meeting, training and orientation independently;
∎ Skilled on Entrepreneurship development, access to finance and value chain approach;
∎ Skilled on Entrepreneurship development, access to finance and value chain approach;
∎ Able to work staying in hard to reach area;
∎ Good understanding and experience working on climate change adaptation(CCA), Disaster Risk Management(DRM), Community resilience building areas improved livelihood, women empowerment;
∎ Data Collection, case story documentation;
∎ Local level networking;
∎ Facilitate and support community based organization(CBO);
∎ Any other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Economics

Salary: Tk. 22675 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
