Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for qualified Field Facilitator - Climate Change (FF-CC) for `Combating impacts of climate change in severely affected areas of Bangladesh, Project.
∎ Supported by: NETZ Bangladesh
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
∎ Job Location: Bhurungamari / Nageshari, Kurigram
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years working experiences with proven skill and competencies in livelihood and climate change.
∎ Selection of Households, organize them in village group, motivational activities, make available of productive asset, organize and facilitate training on Income Generating Activities, health and hygiene, technical support to increase income and production, exploring markets, conduct weekly group meetings, collection of weekly savings, documentation, regular house visits, counseling, making linkage of the group members with local elected bodies, support the Para-vet to organize vaccination camp, aware the group members on climate change and its effect, technical support to the disaster volunteers, help the group members to overcome any shocks due to natural disasters, conflict resolution among the group/community etc. Should have valid Motor bike driving license. Willing to stay at remote areas.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT. 16,500/-(Maximum)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus and 1 gratuity equivalent to 1 month gross salary each
