Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Social Science or any other discipline or equivalent degree with at least 3 years working experience in development sector. Having solid working experience in Nutrition and Agriculture components preferably USAID funded program. Working experience on Private Sector Engagement with special focus on Local Service Provider handling. Good track record on community mobilization, negotiation, commination and linkage building with Public and Private sector's entities.

Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a non-governmental; non-political and non-profitable community development organization is going to implement SHOUHARDOIII plus program supported by CARE Bangladesh. The projects will continue to delivery improve gender equitable and resilient food nutrition security, increasing equitable access to income. Projects will achieve crosscutting components of gender, governance and resilience. The projects supports communities to develop their capacity to adapt to climate change and improve their resilience to climate change, as well as supporting communities to reduce their climate change impact, Work with us to protect resources, improving quality of life and raise awareness, while providing people with access to the tools and knowledge to adapt and respond to adverse climatic impacts and adopt sustainable practices in Kurigram.

∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program planning and implementation of Agriculture & Livelihoods and Nutrition component at Union/village level. Capacity building of Local Service Providers (LSPs) engaging Government and Private sector's actors including linkage support. Support Project Officer in preparing monthly activity plan, achievement reports, quarterly reports, annual report and other report as necessary
∎ Facilitation, networking and coordination with UP level service providers and establish linkage among community and service providers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have a good knowledge on safe guarding (Child Protection, Gender & Anti sexual harassment) issue. Should have valid Motor bike driving license. Ensuring pandemic-related safeguards are in place at meetings. Candidate will have to mention their personal email address, mobile phone & Skype ID in the CV.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT-23,767/-
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year. 5-10% salary increment (based on gross salary) in each year as per performance appraisal. Other admissible benefit as per MJSKS policy which is mentioned in the project budget.
