Job Responsibilities:
∎ Graphic Designer
∎ Design and Creativity
∎ Develop visually captivating designs, including logos, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
∎ Incorporate creative and innovative ideas to produce high-quality visual content.
∎ Collaborate with clients or team members to understand design requirements and objectives.
∎ Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and meet client expectations.
∎ Software Proficiency
∎ Utilize industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software advancements.
∎ Maintain a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
∎ Project Management
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
∎ Coordinate with internal stakeholders or clients to gather project requirements and feedback.
∎ Provide timely and accurate updates on project progress.
∎ MS Office Computer Trainer
∎ Training Program Development
∎ Assess the computer skills and knowledge gaps of employees or clients in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
∎ Design and develop training programs and instructional materials that cater to different skill levels and learning styles.
∎ Create engaging and interactive training content, including presentations, tutorials, exercises, and assessments.
∎ Training Delivery
∎ Conduct training sessions to teach and demonstrate MS Office applications.
∎ Facilitate hands-on activities and practical exercises to enhance participants' understanding and proficiency.
∎ Offer clear instructions and explanations to ensure effective learning outcomes.
∎ Technical Support
∎ Provide technical assistance to participants in troubleshooting MS Office-related issues.
∎ Guide and support learners in utilizing advanced features and functionalities of MS Office applications.
∎ Progress Evaluation
∎ Evaluate participants' progress and skill development through assessments, quizzes, or practical exercises.
∎ Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
∎ Documentation and Reporting
∎ Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and participant feedback.
∎ Prepare reports on training outcomes, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years

∎ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
∎ Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Computer Trainer.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, etc.
∎ Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
∎ In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
∎ Expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and their advanced features.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
∎ Experience in designing and delivering training programs using various instructional techniques.
∎ Strong organizational and project management abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Microsoft Office Specialist, etc.) are a plus.
