Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Support:
∎ Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
∎ Provide accurate information about our software products and services.
∎ Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Communication:
∎ Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers and technical support, to address complex customer issues.
∎ Problem Resolution:
∎ Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
∎ Documentation:
∎ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and solutions.
∎ Provide regular reports on customer issues, feedback, and trends to management.
∎ Product Knowledge:
∎ Stay updated on the latest developments in our software products.
∎ Conduct training sessions for call center staff to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Commission Base Salary with Performance Bonus.
