Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, and Standard Operating Procedure-SOP of Financial Aspect.
∎ Actively participate in the company's business planning process including new business to prepare the annual operation plan.
∎ Ensure financial planning for the Group and for individual business units.
∎ Present the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly financial statements.
∎ Control and report on the daily and monthly activities and total activities of chain store management.
∎ Control and report over the total commercial activities including Bank, bonds, customs, etc.
∎ Report and suggest for the production, sales, and financial forecasting of the company.
∎ Maintain proper cost records and determine the material cost, labor cost, factory overhead, and work in process.
∎ Control and report on the total import, export, and banking activities of the company.
∎ Required vast knowledge of Tax, VAT, Company Law, etc., and knowledge on practically.
∎ Oversee the development and implementation that assists in enhancing short-range and long-range financial stability.
∎ Collaborate with the senior management team on organizational planning and decision-making.
∎ Oversee organizational procurement, payroll, and contract functions and ensure best practices and efficiency.
∎ Responsible for providing accurate and fully compliant financial information to the public, banking partners, internal or external auditors, and other external agencies as required.
∎ Supervise, monitor, and control the assets management and movement.
∎ Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Will have to conduct other duties and activities which are usually associated with such a position, and shall have to perform such duties as requested by the Company Management.
