∎ Diploma in Nursing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be primarily responsible for coordination for al centers and outreach based FP activities.
∎ Train and guide Center Physician in implementing HIV/FP activities, documenting findings, and adjusting service delivery protocols to respond to client feedback.
∎ Ensure that service delivery follow written protocols.
∎ Give inputs in designing client flow in centers and outreach.
∎ Ensure that client exit interviews take place regularly and clients are encouraged to comment in the feedback register in the centers/outreach, and feedbacks are acted upon.
∎ Coordinate with PM to ensure logistic support to center managers in implementing action plans
∎ Design and implement database to analyze client’s feedback during exit interviews.
∎ Arrange monitoring quality of care mystery shopper where and when possible.
∎ Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
