Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with faculty to prepare, update, and manage class schedules.
∎ Assign classes to faculty members based on expertise and availability.
∎ Ensure timely commencement and completion of courses as per the academic calendar.
∎ Monitor faculty attendance and class delivery quality.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups with teachers on class progress, student feedback, and performance.
∎ Facilitate communication between faculty and other departments.
∎ Organize and assist in training programs and workshops for faculty development.
∎ Address academic concerns raised by faculty and propose resolutions.
∎ Collect and compile academic reports, faculty feedback, and evaluations.
∎ Maintain faculty database including credentials, workload, and performance history.
