Job Context:
∎ 100% Export Oriented Garments Accessoires Industry
∎ Job Location: Jamirda, Masterbari, Valuka, Mymensigh, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance finding consecutively.
∎ To prepare and & update of all compliance related documents/ registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, fire safety, accident rout case analysis.
∎ Daily delivery (Prepare challan, Sending Mail of delivery Van, Entry quantity in register).
∎ Daily delivery status sending.
∎ Raw requisition entry in register and mail after scan for raw materials and RMR update in register.
∎ Prepare Production, Stock & others report daily.
∎ Spare parts requisition (CSP/PSP/RSP/BSP) and spare parts issued requisition (SPR).
∎ To prepare daily production pending status.
∎ To prepare Delivery Order update to the delivery register
∎ To prepare factory petty cash & maintains,
∎ To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers.
∎ To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following are(s): Garments, Textile.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Has to know the use of web-communication.
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package (MS-Word. X-cell, Power Point Etc.)
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within present theme- frame.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Computer skills in using office software and ability to type in Bangla & English.
∎ Conversant in using office equipment.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor Act-2006, Amendment act-2015, 2018 and Bangladesh labor rules.
∎ Need to stay in factory.

Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
