Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·         To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively;
∎ ·         Prepare delivery challan & stocks report;
∎ ·         To maintain a relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance;
∎ ·         Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws' requirement from Compliance point of view;
∎ ·         Have to Perform Compliance audit at factories;
∎ ·         To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively;
∎ ·         To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement;
∎ ·         To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports;
∎ ·         To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis;
∎ ·         To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively;
∎ ·         To assist & report to Manager/AGM- Compliance accordingly;
∎ ·         To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance;
∎ ·         To maintain and make the renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permits;
∎ ·         To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers;
∎ To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace.

∎ Bachelor / Honors / BBA from any reputed institution.
∎ Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority

∎ Compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ ·         The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

∎ Additional Requirements
∎ ·         Age 26 to 30 years;
∎ ·         Only males are allowed to apply;
∎ ·         Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
∎ ·         Has to know the use of Web-communication;
∎ ·         Must be a good team player;
∎ ·         The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality;
∎ ·         Proficient in MS Office Package;
∎ ·         Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame;
∎ ·         Good inter-personal & communication skills;
∎ ·          Computer skills in using office software and ability to type in Bangla;
∎ ·         Conversant in using office equipment;
∎ ·          Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Amendment act -2015, 2018 and Bangladesh Labor Rules;
∎ ·         Need to stay in factory.
