Supervise and manage daily factory operations
Oversee leather processing, production, and finishing activities
Ensure product quality and maintain production standards
Allocate duties and manage workers and supervisors
Ensure production targets are met on time
Monitor proper use of machinery and raw materials
Maintain factory safety, discipline, and housekeeping
Prepare and submit regular reports to management
