Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in social science background or any other relevant subjects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To contribute implementing UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission and goals, and development of future strategy documents as needed.
∎ To contribute in the in the skills eco-system in value chain approach of UCEP Programs.
∎ To implement social inclusion interventions in Technical School, TVET Institute and community level by following Annual Plan, target and relevant guideline.
∎ To assist to Team Leader Social Inclusion to conduct social mapping to find out potential trainee /youth and identify appropriate students for UCEP Bangladesh’s program and identified potential PWD and ethnic minority group’s students/trainee for UCEP Bangladesh programme by following gender, PWD and marginalized group’s ratio with support from School and Regional authority.
∎ To build rapport and regular communication with UCEP Bangladesh’s trainee/parents/targeted community/existing community groups/strategic partners to ensure their involvement to retain the trainee, New trainee enrolment and promote UCEP’s programme through awareness event, various meeting, day observation, Individual or group discussions and distribute BCC & IEC materials.
∎ To arrange and conduct school and community-based meetings and ensure effective participation of parents, Community, strategic partners to ensure their involvement to create interest among existing students and new enrollment in UCEP school and send their young children/Youth to decent job through skills training.
∎ To arrange motivational session with influential parents/communities for ensuring PWD, Ethnic minority group, girls participation in UCEP Bangladesh’s programmes and send their young children especially girls to decent job through skills training programme.
∎ To contribute to conduct gender-friendly assessment by following UCEP’s Child Protection Policy, Gender Policy and Prevention on harassment policy and guideline and disseminate the report to competent authority to address the issue if any.
∎ To improve and nourish Child/Youth Council in Technical School and TVET Institute level in relation to their active participation in all aspects of school’s event to improve the programme quality.
∎ To assist to build, strengthen and maintain liaison with local Government and Administration GO/ NGOs/CSOs/CBOs /Club/Association/ Educational Institutions/Media to build strategic partnership with them for cost effective students mobilization, cultural event/mass awareness event, health and residential support for students/trainee activities, and regular update them about UCEP programmes.
∎ To Assists to improve Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for implementing Social Inclusion programme based on social context, market analysis and future demand of education especially Technical Education for children/youth for their economic development.
∎ To organize cultural and day celebration events and awareness activities at school level /Community level in effective and efficient way for create interest among different level of stakeholders about UCEP’s programme by engaging local government Authority, influential community, local leader, celebrate, CSO, CBO’s representative and media.
∎ To play active role in Technical School/TVET Institute as Gender and Child Protection Focal Point and maintain and continue regular meeting and strengthen Students’ and trainee’s and community’s opinion/ suggestions mechanism system and report to supervisor or competent authority.
∎ To contribute to develop Advocacy Strategies for promoting UCEP Bangladesh programme related to Inclusiveness, Technical Education, UCEP Bangladesh’s social enterprise and mobilized local resources for organizational sustainability.
∎ To contribute to conduct different systematical assessment and ensure highest level security, integrity and confidentiality in all sorts of participation by the students, family and relevant stakeholders.
∎ To conduct workshop/orientation or different type of meeting with various stakeholders to promote UCEP Bangladesh’s programme and aware them about the rights of the children/youth and women.
∎ To obtain feedback from the direct and indirect beneficiaries about the programme and report to Regional Management, Senior Management and other competent authority for address those.
∎ To arrange orientation session on UCEP’s Child Protection Policy, Child Rights & Prevention on harassment based on approved session plan of relevant students in relation to ensure their protection issue.
∎ To prepare monthly/quarterly work plan in align with Regional Action Plan in consultation with Head Office and Regional Management.
∎ To prepare monthly/quarterly/annual progress report (program) and monthly financial report and contribute to regional budget preparation.
∎ To ensure highest level security, integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of work including data management, storage, archiving and reporting.
∎ To keep coordination among Technical School, TVET Institute, Social Inclusion, Decent Employment, Fee-based program and others relevant authority.
∎ Promote and contribute to ongoing efforts towards gender equity & equality, child/staff protection & safeguard, inclusiveness, accessibility and discrimination free environment in the workplace and operations/activities/plans. In applicable cases, ensure that necessary budget allocation is there and in KPIs these issues are reflected regarding employees under supervision.
∎ To maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents and other internal and external communications.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience preference will be given to candidates having demonstrate experience in Rights base project implementation.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality where applicable
∎ Willingness to transfer at any place where UCEP has its activities and willingness to travel frequently.
∎ Excellent command of communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills including MS Office package.
∎ Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
