∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline preferably in Social Science.
∎ At least 02 years of relevant professional experience in psychological counseling, community mobilization, report writing will be considered as added value.
∎ Proven experience to develop functional relations & rapport building with GO, NGOs, CBOs, Associations, Media and other relevant organizations for enrolment, collective effort and fundraising.
∎ Proficient in MS Office package and capable to manage MIS (online & offline), ERP and related software and overall documentation process.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Clear understanding about project deliverables, monitoring and reporting.
∎ Support/Ability to conduct and develop modules for EDT, soft skills, counselling would be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to linkage with community, parents, strategic partners and other stakeholders for learner mobilization, beneficiary mapping, social inclusion etc.
∎ Good presentation/facilitation skills (psychosocial counseling, child/staff protection & safeguarding, inclusiveness, discrimination, events reporting, meetings, workshops, seminars etc.
∎ Age limit for the applicant would be maximum 35 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the appropriate trainee enrollment for TVET Institute in timely manner by following gender, PWD and marginalized group’s ratio.
∎ To contribute and conduct social mapping to find out appropriate and potential students/trainee for Technical Institute particularly by following gender, PWD and marginalized group’s ratio.
∎ To contribute and regular communication with UCEP existing students/trainee, parents, community people, other stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure their involvement for   student/trainee retention, new student/trainee enrollment and promote UCEP’s programme through awareness events, various meetings, day observations/celebrations, Individual or group discussions, distribution of BCC & IEC materials and others.
∎ To arrange motivational session with influential persons from parents’ group and community/employer group for ensuring children and youth especially girls/PWD/marginalized groups’ participation in UCEP programmes and send them to decent job through   skills training programme.
∎ To assist to conduct gender-friendly assessment by following UCEP’s Child Protection Policy, Gender Policy and Prevention of Sexual harassment policy and other relevant guidelines and disseminate the report to competent authority to address the issue.
∎ To strengthen Child/Youth Council Committee’s (C/YCM) in technical school and TVET Institute for ensuring active participation in all aspects of school’s event to improve the programme quality.
∎ To contribute and maintain liaison with local Government and Administration GO/ NGOs/CSOs/CBOs /Club/Association/ Educational Institutions/Media to build strategic partnership with them for cost effective mobilization activity, cultural event/mass awareness event, health campaign, local level resource mobilization.
∎ To contribute and activate systematic feedback mechanism from the direct and indirect beneficiaries of the programme and report to Regional Management, Senior Management and other competent authority.
∎ To monitor the day-to-day activity of social inclusion in the region and supervise the activities of facilitators using the monitoring tools and to take initiative to develop the capacity of facilitators.
∎ To prepare necessary reports through cross checking on data quality and ensure timely submission.
∎ Assist to conduct Entrepreneurial Skills development training and its follow-up actions (as a part of Business incubation support).
∎ To contribute and maintain the MIS (online & offline), ERP and related software and overall documentation with case studies.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.
∎ Job Purpose: To work with the team in supporting the development and delivery of TVET Institute’s social inclusion program in line with UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission, goals and relevant country laws. and to enhance the social status and wellbeing of young people with a disability and promote child and women rights.
∎ Main Responsibilities:
