Experience:

• 3 to 6 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business

• A master's degree or relevant certification (eg., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.

• Age 26 to 35 years

• 3-6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on international and national sourcing.
• Experience working with suppliers in diverse regions, including Asia, Europe, and North America.
•  Proven track record of successful negotiations and supplier management.·      
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and global logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Supplier Sourcing & Selection:
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers both locally and internationally based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base in different regions.
• Conduct supplier audits, assess supplier capabilities, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Negotiation & Contract Management:
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms
• Prepare and manage contracts, including renewals and amendments, to ensure terms align with business goals.
• Sourcing Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring cost efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor global and domestic market trends to recommend proactive sourcing solutions
• Assess and manage risks related to international sourcing (e.g., currency fluctuations, geopolitical issues, supply chain disruptions).
• Supplier Relationship Management:
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, addressing concerns, resolving, disputes, and ensuring effective communication,
• Conduct performance reviews and drive improvements in supplier performance
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze sourcing data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to inform decision-making
• Track and report on supplier performance, cost savings, and procurement KPIs
• Compliance & Sustainability:
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with local and international trade regulations, ethical standards, and sustainability initiatives.
• Identify and implement sustainable sourcing practices to meet environmental and social responsibility goals.
