Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate (BBA/MBA).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper Knowledge of Marketing & Sales, especially in Pre-Engineered Building.
∎ Lead & motivate the team with an efficient and effective way to attain targets.
∎ Planning for the development of the new areas of business expansion.
∎ Forecast new business and prepare annual marketing plans.
∎ Ready to do hard works.
∎ Visiting project, working site as needed.
∎ Achieve the marketing and sales target.
∎ Make routine visits to the potential clients.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of documentation & weekly/monthly reporting to the department head.
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
∎ Plan, develop & implement sales operation in the organization.
∎ Attend weekly & monthly progress meetings.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and maintaining deadlines.
∎ Well organized and good team player.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect.
∎ Experienced candidate served in Engineering/ Construction/ Prefabricated Steel Structure companies may also apply with any discipline.
∎ Should have dynamic, energetic and presentable personality.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
