∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales Automation, Software Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational & departmental communication as per project plan
∎ Business functional requirement alignment
∎ Report analysis, QA of deliverables of functional requirements before onboard
∎ Project execution & roll out on approved plan
∎ Raise utility and support requirement (Distributor, FO)
∎ Collect all functional requirements and submit to project leaders
∎ Give requirements to IT and ensure Development as per Management approval
∎ Share training manuals in Bangla
∎ First point of contact for any support
∎ Basic IT Support to Users. (DB/Depot/FO/TSM and others)
∎ Pre-Implementation Communication & Preparation
∎ SA Implementation as per Plan
∎ Support to Post-Implemented Points’ users
∎ Report preparation and share to reporting supervisor
