Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand.

  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement the price and cost of the product.

  • Track inventory levels of outlets, CDC, and E-Commerce & generate various kinds of sales reports.

  • Keep follow-up on deliveries and take immediate action in case of late deliveries.

  • Make proper outlet distribution plans, and oversee store management and stock control.

  • Analyze the market, potential competitors and plan promotions for the campaign.

  • Maintain the Visual Merchandising (VM) and update according to global Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines. 

  • Train the store managers and sales personnel on product specification and Visual Merchandising (VM).

  • Analyze competitors’ products and activities/campaigns.

  • Establish a representative of the product line to enable retail channels.

  • Range selection and buying based on store grade and band.

  • Maintain efficient stock purchase and supply for better sales.

  • Drive net sales and GP for the channel.

  • Maintain store shelves by observing displays of products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products.

  • Design a season-wise purchase plan and prepare budget accordingly.

  • Prepare training modules and make training calendars with the help of HR.

  • Generate yearly performance review report.
