∎ Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and print materials.
∎ Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to understand design requirements and objectives.
∎ Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
∎ Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
∎ 3D Design Proficiency (Preferred): Demonstrate expertise in 3D design software and the ability to create visually stunning 3D graphics and animations.
∎ Typography and Layout: Demonstrate strong typography skills and an understanding of layout principles in both digital and print design.
∎ Feedback and Revisions: Accept feedback from team members and stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
