Responsibilities & Context:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their business needs and offering suitable solutions.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, references, and regular market visits.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that align with client requirements.
Follow up consistently on leads, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve sales targets by proactively expanding business opportunities and maintaining strong client pipelines.
Coordinate with internal teams such as supply chain, production and accounts to ensure smooth order processing, on-time delivery, and quality service.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and take initiative to resolve any issues promptly.
Manage billing, payment collection and documentation in line with company procedures.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer preferences to support strategic decisions.
Represent the company at industry events and corporate meetings to enhance brand visibility and develop new business connections.
Contribute to business reporting by maintaining updated client records and submitting concise sales performance summaries
