Job Context:
∎ A renowned Advertising Firm looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as an Executive/Sr. Executive-Client Service team.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience managing and retaining clients.
∎ The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the reliable point of contact with each client to establish a strong Business relationship.
∎ Key accounts maintenance & keep attachment with client for regular follow-up.
∎ Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensuring the delivery of creative content according to committed deadline.
∎ Creating Marketing roadmap & strategy for promotional campaign.
∎ Digital campaign planning & supervision.
∎ Preparing standard pitch based on client brief
∎ Monitoring media planning for ad placement in different digital media.
∎ Outstanding collection & follow-up.
∎ Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the Penetration of new markets.
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
