Responsibilities & Context:

Executive/Sr Executive, Admin (Duty Manager) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business during a specific shift, supervising staff, ensuring smooth service delivery, resolving customer issues, maintaining operational efficiency and acting as a liaison between employees and upper management all while prioritizing customer satisfaction and upholding company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Assigning tasks to staff, monitoring performance, providing feedback and addressing employee concerns.
  • Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Operational Management: Monitoring daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing issues that arise during the shift, finding solutions to customer problems and resolving conflicts between staff.
  • Shift Management: Opening and closing procedures as well as ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Communication: Maintaining clear communication with staff, upper management and customers.
  • Training and Development: Assisting in training new employees on company procedures and standards.
  • Safety and Security: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and responding to emergencies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Management of the front desk/reception counters.
  • Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned to them by the supervisor/Authority from time to time.
