∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ CA-CC will be preferred

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accurate Data entry into all levels of accounting in the company.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking-related tasks, Bank accounts operate and maintain all bank transactions.
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ Prepare and check all kinds of bill vouchers and journal entries as per rules and regulations.
∎ Fund Flow Check & Check the Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
∎ Assist in preparing financial statements (cash flow statement, income statements, Balance sheet, etc.) for the company.
∎ Having knowledge and experience in Accounting Software (Zoho Book & QuickBooks)
∎ Have adequate knowledge of TAX and VAT, TDS, VDS, AIT
∎ Preparation & Submission of the monthly VAT return.
∎ Follow-up Payment issues regularly. Dedicated to recovering debt that is rightfully owed.
∎ Verify Publisher invoices, statements and Prepare payment requisition list.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Accounts receivable & Payable Ageing
∎ Manage all legal aspects related to administrative tasks and ensure the organization follows all laws and regulations.
