• Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of retail standards and customer experience.        

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaboration with store teams and management.        

• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.        

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in addressing and resolving issues.        

• Experience in a retail management role or as a visual merchandiser.        

• Knowledge of retail industry best practices and trends.

• Forecasting of new fashion trends.

• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.    

• Monitor and enforce brand standards across all aspects of the store, including product placement, promotional materials, and customer service practices. Ensure that the store’s branding is accurately represented and aligns with company standards.      

• Liaising with concern teams such as Retail Engineering, Brand ,Marketing & Operations.    

• Provide regular reports on store performance, including compliance with retail standards, visual presentation, and customer feedback. Offer recommendations for improvements based on observations and data.    

• Collaborate closely with the BA or AM on a daily basis to discuss store performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Provide guidance and support to the AM and store team as needed.

• Oversee the product display as per guidelines.   

• Daily follow up on the display and maintain a checklist for every HERLAN Store.
