Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
Personal Vehicle/ Motorbike preferred

JMI Builders are developing executive apartment in prime locations of Bangladesh. We are a member of Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB).
We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive in the Sales & Marketing team.
Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets for company real estate projects (apartment, plot, commercial space etc.)
Identify , approach, & convert potential clients through networking, referrals, digital channels, & field visits.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain a database of potential clients.
Conduct project presentations explaining features, pricing, and investment benefits.
Arrange and lead property /site visits with prospective clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Provide market feedback to improve product offerings.
