∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Brokarage, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Real Estate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet personal target assigned in AOP.
∎ Build relationship, negotiate deals, close deals and process sales transactions with clients according to product inventory.
∎ Solicit clients by promoting the brokerage, networking and marketing to prospective clients (buyer).
∎ Show various properties to prospective buyers and help them find the right property.
∎ Draft sale and purchase contracts (MOU) for respective buyers to be completed upon the closing of the transaction.
∎ Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
∎ Draft and complete important legal documents (Government Agencies such as RAJUK, Ministry etc)
∎ Follow up Clients & submit daily report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
∎ Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker
∎ Proven track record of sales
∎ Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
∎ Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
∎ Trustworthy and results-driven
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills.
∎ Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
∎ Responsible and ethical.
∎ Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices.
