Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop comprehensive business plans, setting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
∎ to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
∎ Identify key customers and extend personalized service.
∎ Demonstrate sound knowledge of product costing and pricing processes, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
∎ Visit different organizations, place for creating new clients.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely shipment of orders, coordinate
∎ production schedules, and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing clients and adopt policy to welcome new
∎ clients.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face
∎ contact to provide a personal service.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction, develop & maintain relationship.
∎ Carry out competitive Sales Study, Market Survey and Business Analysis.
∎ Perform any other duties as and when required by the management.
∎ Capable of making daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and submit it to the
∎ management.
∎ Monitor and follow up on customer payments, ensuring timely and complete payment
∎ collection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Relationship Marketing, Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the overall garment's accessories.
∎ Experience in marketing, specifically in the field of garments and accessories.
∎ Excellent knowledge and prior experience in Accessories Industry
∎ A strong ability to develop new buyers within a short period will be given preference.
∎ Self-driven, creative, and capable of quickly understanding and implementing assignments.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Possess excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong work ethic.
