Education:

  • Bachelor`s degree in any discipline

  • Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public/private university or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and in SSC & HSC minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00

  • Third-division or equivalent results in any examination will not be accepted.

  • Candidates with English medium (O & A Level) background or foreign degree with Graduation will get preference.

  • Height: Female- 160 CM (5`3") Minimum

  • Male-170 CM (5`7") Minimum

  • Weight: Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18.5-25.0).

  • Must have minimum six (06) months of relevant experience in reputed airlines.

  • Eyesight: 6/6, No color blind. Spectacles not accepted (Lasik may be considered for highly deserving candidate).

  • Language Skill: Fluent in English & Bengali (both written & spoken)

  • Medical Fitness: Good physical health and medically fit to meet Customer Service requirements

  • Physical Appearance: Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the visible part of the body

  • Attitude & Bearing: Must be very good looking, clean shaved (for male), alluring personality, impressive, decent, and positive gestures.



Responsibilities & Context:

The newest airline from Bangladesh is hiring for the position of "Executive/Senior Executive" under the department of 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Passenger dealing
  • Check-In & Boarding
  • Working in the Ramp area to maintain a safe & on-time flight
  • Load & trim preparation
  • Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair and any other special needs of passengers.
  • Ensuring excellent customer services are extended to the customer
  • Taking care of the physically challenged passenger
  • Monitoring mishandled baggage issues
  • Assisting customers depending on the situation
  • Taking care of passenger baggage and incoming/outgoing cargo
  • All types of report preparation as per rules & regulations
