Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Practical experience in Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • In-depth understanding of international maritime environmental regulations (IMO DCS, EU MRV, FuelEU Maritime, UK MRV, CII, SEEMP).

  • Strong skills in technical data analysis, database management, and management report preparation.

  • Experience with ocean-going vessel (OGV) operations and supplier coordination for ESDs is highly preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Regulatory Submissions: Prepare and verify submissions for IMO DCS, EU MRV, FuelEU Maritime, and UK MRV.

  • Management Plans (MPs): Prepare, revise, and maintain SEEMP Part II & Part III, EU MRV, UK MRV, and FuelEU Maritime Management Plans.

  • Fleet Performance & CII: Continuously monitor and analyze vessel fuel consumption, voyage performance, and GHG emissions; track Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) performance and formulate improvement plans.

  • Energy Saving Devices (ESDs): Conduct technical evaluations and assessments, coordinate with suppliers, and evaluate performance for ESD implementation.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain fleet environmental databases, conduct decarbonization studies, and generate technical reports and presentations for management.

  • Dry-Docking & Technical Support: Assist with vessel dry-docking projects focused on energy efficiency improvements.

  • Regulatory Compliance Tracking: Stay updated on evolving IMO, EU, and UK environmental regulations and implement compliance measures.
