Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare teamwise record and sales report
∎ Prepare overall pending order list report
∎ Prepare daily sales & receiving reports
∎ Daily item wise and 3M receiving reports
∎ Prepare SS meeting all report and presentation
∎ Prepare SP meeting all reports
∎ Maintain master file (Customer/buyer registration)
∎ Calendar update in system and support sales for data request
∎ Indent commission update, J-sox Teo audit update
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have satisfactory knowledge in MS Excel, Word & power point.
∎ Related knowledge for data analysis
